Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information tixshow ("we", "us") collects when you use this website, and how we use it. We aim to collect as little as possible.
Who we are
tixshow is a search service that helps you find live events and links you out to partner ticket sites to complete a purchase. You can contact us at info@tixshow.com.
What we collect
- Search inputs. The keywords, locations, categories and dates you enter are sent to our server and to partner event APIs to return results. We do not use them to identify you.
- Anonymous analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate usage (such as page views and popular pages). It is privacy-first and does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not collect any personal data.
- Technical data. Standard server logs (such as request times and approximate region) may be processed by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, to operate and secure the site.
We do not collect names, accounts, or payment details. Purchases happen entirely on the partner ticket sites under their own policies.
Cookies
We don't use cookies. Our analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is cookieless, and the site sets no tracking cookies of its own. Partner ticket sites you click through to may set their own cookies under their policies.
Affiliate links
Some outbound links are affiliate links. If you buy through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. When you follow such a link, the partner site may set its own cookies; see their privacy policies.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Data is processed by the service providers needed to run the site (Cloudflare for hosting and privacy-first analytics, and the event/ticket partners whose results you search).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold, and you may object to processing. Because we operate without accounts and minimise data, we usually hold little or nothing that identifies you. Contact info@tixshow.com to make a request.
Governing law
This site is operated from Iceland and this policy is governed by Icelandic law and applicable EEA data-protection rules.
Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
